Rully, a charming wine village, has plenty of outstanding producers, but I think this estate probably is the consensus best.

Suave with black pepper, darker fruit than the village wine. Length here. Probably best to give this a few years in the bottle. Entirely destemmed fruit. 14.0% stated alcohol. 90/B+
