Dark fruits, concentrated, medium acidity, some salinity. Good, but not great. (93-94)
Philippe NADDEF
The heavy extraction that caused me to stop visiting after the 2002 vintage is no longer evident in these wines.
2018 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Cazetiers
Minerality, lightness on palate, red and dark fruits, smooth texture, medium-light weight. (91-93)
2018 Mazis-Chambertin
Nutshell/oak nose. Concentrated in mouth, but lightness. Dark fruits, but lacks the depth of still better wine. (91-94)
