Domaine DUJAC (Morey-Saint-Denis) -- 2018 Part III -- Whites Tasted from Tank

My introduction to the 2018 vintage at Dujac is here.

Some of the whites are acidified, but not the Monts Luisants, which despite having gone through malolactic fermentation has a pH below 3!

These wines are yet another example of the surprising quality of 2018 whites.

2018 Morey-Saint-Denis   blanc
Some hone in nose. Rich in mouth, good density, minerality, pear fruit. (90-92)

2018 Puligny-Montrachet   1er Cru   Les Folatières
Pear tart nose. Crystalline pear fruit on palate, light pure, good penetration and freshness. (91-93)

2018 Puligny-Montrachet    1er Cru   Les Combettes
Floral and pear aromas, more nervous than the Folatières. In the mouth, dense, pure pear fruit, more richness than Folatières, nice minerality, overall elegance. (92-94)

2018 Morey-Saint-Denis    1er Cru   Les Monts Luisants
Lighter on the tongue than the village Morey blanc. Nice nervosity, lemon and pear fruits, some salinity.  (91-94)
