2021 Bandol blanc
This wine is elegant with an oily texture but needs more time to develop. It is raised in stainless steel and composed 50% of Clairette, 20% Ugni Blanc, 20% Bourboulenc, 5% Rolle (Vermentino), and 5% Marsanne. 86+/B-
2017 Bandol rosé
Excellent depth and intensity to the strawberry fruit, roundness to the texture. 90/A
2019 Bandol rouge
The 2019 Bandol rouge is pure, smooth, and round, with some Mourvèdre earthiness showing. The tannins are round, permitting drinking of the wine now, but it should improve with several more years of age. 60% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache, 20% Cinsault. 91(+)/A-
In general, the reds here are 85% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache, 5% Cinsault.
2018 Bandol rouge
The 2018 Bandol rouge is round, less concentrated than the 2019, with tannins that seem resolved. It drinks well now — but see the note below for the 2005, which the estate thinks is comparable to this wine. 90(+)/B+
2015 Bandol rouge
Terrebrune’s 2015 Bandol rouge is still young, and it shows excellent concentration with finesse and Mourvèdre earthiness. The wine drinks well now, but it should continue to evolve for many years. 92+/A
2005 Bandol rouge
The 2005 rouge shows the musky/animal aromas often found in Mourvèdre. The wine is smooth, round, and elegant with excellent intensity and length. 93/A
