Transitioning from the southern portion of the central Pfalz and into the southern Pfalz, the overall quality remains quite high.

Closed nose, some reduction still. Steely, tightly-wound, white peach fruit. Energetic. 93+/A


2021 (Neustadt) Vogelsang Riesling GG 

Steely, tightly-wound, tremendous energy, white peach and green apple. More wiry than the Meerspinne. 94/A

2021(Weyher) Michelsberg Riesling GG

Apple blossom nose. Elegant in mouth with good concentration, green apple and white peach fruit, long green apple finish. 93+/A


2021 (Burrweiler) Schäwer Riesling GG

Medium-weight, dense, intense nectarine fruit, long. Not rustic. Very long finish. 93+/A
