The second of the magnificent Forst vineyards.

ACHAM-MAGIN

2021 (Forst) Pechstein Riesling GG

Round, generous yet elegant, Pechstein yellow peach, clarity, long. 94+/A

Geheimer Rat Dr. von BASSERMANN-JORDAN

2021 (Forst) Pechstein Riesling GG

Elegant, pure, Pechstein yellow peach, long, sensual, perhaps just a touch less depth than the Mosbacher Pechstein. 94+/A

Reichsrat von BUHL

2020 (Forst) Pechstein Riesling GG

Rather closed, maybe fuller than other von Buhl wines here, but good potential. A little hot on the finish. 92/A

Dr. BÜRKLIN-WOLF

2021 (Forst) Pechstein Riesling GG

Meaty nose, round in mouth but not very expressive. Bad bottle?Another bottle is pure, light, precise, yellow peach — what it should be. 93/A

Georg MOSBACHER

2021 (Forst) Pechstein Riesling GG

Fragrant, floral, round, deep nose. Pure, round, elegant, yellow peach, perhaps a touch of rose, long, deep. So sensual and attractive already. 96/A+

Karl SCHAEFER

2020 (Forst) Pechstein Riesling GG

The pure, nervy expression of Schaefer with depth, incipient yellow peach. It’s a wine to hold for a number of years. 93/A
