BISCHEL

2020 (Appenheim) Hundertgulden Riesling GG

Round, medium-weight, spicy, some power, some minerality. 91/A-

GUNDERLOCH

2020 (Nackenheim) Fenchelberg Riesling GG (auction)

Spicy, mineral, slate-driven. Good length, purity. 94/A

2020 (Nierstein) Pettenthal Riesling GG

Attractive mineral and slate-driven peach with a touch of almond on finish. 93/A

2020 (Nackenheim) Rothenberg Riesling GG

Intense, yellow and dark plum, depth, medium-weight, excellent acidity. Long. 93(+)/A

Klaus Peter KELLER

2020 (Nierstein) Pettenthal Riesling GG (auction, cask sample)

Keller does not present most of his wines for tasting in late August. I did get to sample this wine as a cask sample. The wine shows petrol aromas. The mouth has moderate acidity making for a light and smooth body with the minerality of Pettenthal. (91-93)

KÜHLING-GILLOT

2020 (Nierstein) Pettenthal Riesling GG

Minerality, clarity, some nervosity. 92/A

RAPPENHOF

2020 (Nierstein) Pettenthal Riesling GG

Mineral, clear, nervous, a bit acidic for now. 92/A

ST. ANTONY

2020 (Nierstein) Pettenthal Riesling GG

Round, yellow plum nose. Mouth is round, pure, yellow plum flavors, long. 92/A
