KNIPSER
For a long time, Knipser was in the very top tier for Riesling and especially for Spätburgunder. In the early 2010s, the wines seemed a little behind those of other top producers. It is gratifying to see that in the past few vintages, Knipser has once again recovered the earlier quality.
